Run by – you guessed it – Kyle Budd, Kyle Budd Construction is a small building company providing a range of building services within the Wanaka region. The way we see it, when it comes to delivering top quality building work, a small team is an efficient team.
We only ever focus on one or two projects at a time which means once your building work is underway we’re dedicated to getting it finished as quickly as possible – but never by compromising on quality. There’s no disappearing off site to work on other jobs.
What we are big on is communication. Right from the start you’ll know how much your building work will cost and how long it’ll take. We’ll keep you informed of any changes during the building process.
If you’ve never taken on a major building project before there can be a lot to learn and understand. We’ll take you through the process from start to finish and make sure you know what to expect. We’ll manage the whole building project including sourcing and booking electricians, plumbers, plasterers and other contractors.

You can bring house plans to us or as members of New Zealand Certified Builders we can provide you with Certified Plans for your new home. We can also recommend architectural designers who can design a home or plan your alterations to meet your specific needs and wishes.
We will source, price and book all the sub trades on your behalf to ensure that every stage of your building project is completed to a high standard, at a fair price and within an agreed timeframe. We offer high quality workmanship and we expect the same standards of our tradies.
